To keep things running smoothly and fairly for all clients, please review and respect the following policies: No-Show Policy If you miss your appointment without notifying me, you will be charged 50% of the total service cost. This fee must be paid before you can book any future appointments. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, depending on availability that day. I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but it is not guaranteed. Cancellations You may cancel your appointment up to 12 hours before your scheduled time using the online booking system. If you need to cancel with less than 12 hours' notice, please call or text 346-350-4646 directly. Repeated late cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
